When the unexpected happens, our SMART Fare travel insurance provides you with peace of mind. Your ticket price will be refunded if notified up to 3 hours before departure time. If you would like to change your travel to another date, there is no change fee.
For standard fares, the tickets are non-refundable. Changes can only be made up to 5pm the day before the travel date. A $7 change fee applies. Notification is required by email.
