A group of us from Timaru recently chartered the Atomic Tours Mercedes Sprinter to take us to Christchurch railway station, return. We were picked up 4 am in the morning and 2 days later were met at the station at 7.30 pm and driven back home. We Highly Recommend Atomic Travel. Nothing seems to be a problem. They are dependable, arrive on time and their communication is excellent. The Sprinter is very comfortable to travel in. Chris, our driver was great, so obliging. Change of Plans?

Sometimes the unexpected happens and you are unable to travel on the date you planned. If you do have a change of plans, let us know by 5 pm the day before you travel. We can transfer your ticket to another travel date, or keep your ticket in credit for one month from the original travel date. Simply complete the change of plans form.

Change of Plans Terms & Conditions

Any change in travel date you would like to make to your bus ticket must be made using the form. The change of plans form must be emailed to Atomic Travel by 5 pm the day before the original travel date. The change of date form applies to bus travel between Christchurch and Dunedin, or Christchurch and Greymouth only. Dates can only be changed to the scheduled routes, days, and times offered. If the scheduled route is no longer offered, no refund will be given unless ticket refund insurance has been purchased.

Change of Plans Travel Credit

To reactivate your travel credit, contact us by e-mail with your name, travel voucher number and new travel date. If you make changes to your original journey, extra charges may apply.

Ticket Refund Insurance

If you have purchased the bus ticket refund insurance, send us your name and order number here and we will refund the ticket price to you (booking fee and insurance fee excluded).


